Mrs J’s Garden Bucket List!

With BBQ season fully in swing the Jonas’s focus has shifted to the garden (or the jungle as I like to refer to it). When we moved to our new home just over a year ago, our little garden was a mini jungle. With overgrown bamboo a pond in the form of a sunken bath and loads weeds, this was a zone that I was truly staying away from.  Mr J however embraced the Garden with his gardening gloves, and has been working on his new retirement hobby ever since!  So all the credit is going to Mr J – our little jungle has now been transformed into an oasis of Calm.
So with the slugs and weeds ejected our bee friendly garden is flourishing. It’s now time to do what Mrs J does best – shop! Let’s begin by building a ‘Garden Bucket List’.
Mrs J’s Garden Bucket List
Outdoor Pizza Grill £99.99
Fire Pit – Every Garden needs a mini Fire whether it’s a Fire Pit or a Chiminea. Something to sit around when the evening starts to draw in means that you can be out in the garden long into the summer evening/night. This also means that you could enjoy toasting some marshmallows (yum).
Moscow Mule Copper Mug – £18
The Copper Mug has joined my list, as it reminds me of what a beer should be served in!  It also just looks really cool to serve your guests a G&T in – vintage style.
Sundae Cones – £7
For the big kid in me these Sundae cones had to be added to the list, they are cheap bright, and great for that non effortless desert!  Tip – if you have friends with kids, give the kids (not the adults) some ice cream, sprinkles, chocolate chips and let them create their own sundae’s. The mess however I can not be responsible for.
Hand Printed Deck Chair – £140
Now wouldn’t we all love to live by the beach.  Well if you cant get to the beach then bring it to your garden! whether you have grass, stones, or maybe even a sand pit! The deck chairs are the ultimate comfort for a Sunday Snooze.
Teacup Tealight Burner – £16.50
Teacup burners, because I love candles and tea, and Mr J refuses to allow fairy lights into the garden. 😉
