Does your eye cream contain SPF?

All skincare specialists will drum it down on you how important it is to wear SPF and so will I! SPF protects your skin from sun damage, skin diseases and can slow down the signs of aging. These days it is not a constant battle nor is it expensive to buy a face cream that contains an SPF rating higher than 10! It was during a conversation with one of my friends about getting older that she asked me for my recommendation of a good eye cream with SPF. I have to say I didn’t really have an answer on the tip of my tongue like I always do. Ask me to list down a load of eye creams and I would have no problem there. So sheepishly, after getting off the phone post a two hour beauty advice chat, I went and did a bit of investigating into what my current stock of eye creams was saying! Yes, they had many anti-ageing claims and many were made from wholesome ingredients but NONE of them contained ANY SPF! I was literally shocked to discover that there is not a lot of SPF in eye creams going on at all. And here we are  being told to care for our eyes, one of the most delicate areas on our face, set to wrinkle and sag at some point. Now there are a are a few eye creams containing SPF… but you have to hunt them down as some may not be brands that you would have heard of. So, in case you are looking for an SPF eye cream, below are the ones that I have found. I’ve not personally tried them all, but if you have, let me know if you think they are good, or if you have one that you use now that does the job.
